WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS OF PARIS PERFORMANCE ?
The delivery times and costs depend on your shipping address.
If you place your order before noon, you will benefit from express delivery in 1 to 2 business days. You can check the estimated delivery time on the checkout page when you place your order online. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Please note that customization services, such as our custom wheels, will require an additional time frame of 30 to 45 business days. This timeframe includes all the different stages of creating your custom product.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED ?
All orders placed on the Paris Performance website are beautifully wrapped in the signature Paris Performance packaging and delivered in our traditional box.
Gift wrapping is not available for certain items.
If you prefer your order not to be wrapped in gift packaging, you can remove this option in your cart during checkout.
All orders placed on the site are also placed in a protected and discreet packaging specifically designed for delivery.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED SHIPPING ADDRESSES ?
You can use personal or business delivery addresses in France, which allow the carrier to hand over the packages directly to you. Military addresses, certain regulated areas, pickup points, and P.O. boxes are therefore not accepted.
You can also choose our Click & Collect service when placing an order online or by phone. This way, you can pick up your purchases at the Paris Performance store of your choice.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES IF IT CONTAINS MULTIPLE PRODUCTS ?
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering multiple items, we suggest placing separate orders.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN I USE ?
Online: You can use the following credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard).
You can also choose to pay by bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or via PayPal.
Please note that the PayPal payment option is only available for orders under €25,000.
In case of low availability of items, it will not be possible to pay with PayPal.
In our stores: You can use the same payment options as for online orders.
You can also pay in cash.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ?
If you have a Paris Performance account, you can track your order.
If you chose to pay as a guest, you can contact us to inquire about the status of your order.
Additionally, Paris Performance will inform you by email about the progress of your order.
After your order is confirmed, the carrier (DHL or UPS) will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
You will then receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package on the carrier’s website.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to see if this is feasible.
We cannot guarantee that your order can be modified once confirmed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

WHAT CREATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON PARIS-PERFORMANCE.COM ?
All creations with a “Add to Cart” button on the product page are available for purchase online.
A creation may be available for purchase even if its price is not displayed.
If you are interested in a creation but the “Add to Cart” button does not appear on the product page, or if it is part of a previous collection, please contact us.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE AN ITEM ?
In addition to the custom rims we offer, which are originally designed and personalized products, customization is available on certain creations. We offer engraving or painting on some of our products.
Each product page indicates whether customization for that item is available.
You can also request this service when ordering by phone.
Please note that a customized creation cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I PURCHASE PER ORDER ?
Each order is limited to a maximum of 5 Paris Performance creations.

CAN I ADD A PERSONAL MESSAGE TO MY ORDER IF IT'S A GIFT ?
Yes, you can include a personalized message with your purchase.
A blank signature Paris Performance card is added to each order, allowing you to write your desired message.
We can also print your message on this card if you prefer. In this case, write your message in the appropriate field during checkout. Alternatively, if you are ordering by phone with one of our ambassadors, you can share your message with them.

ARE PARIS PERFORMANCE CREATIONS ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY ?
When you purchase a creation on Paris-performance.com, it comes with a certificate of authenticity bearing the Paris Performance seal.
For any exchange or return, it is mandatory to include this certificate in the return package.
